Habitat for Humanity of Durham builds, renovates and sells safe, decent and affordable homes in partnership with local businesses, volunteers and hardworking families. Habitat offers a no-interest loan to qualifying low-income, hardworking families. Habitat homeowners are selected based on housing need, ability to repay the loan in full and willingness to partner with Habitat.
